Refund policy

At Aromata Condiments, we work to offer products of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European e-commerce regulations, customers have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

To request a return, customers must send an email to:

including:

Order number

Product to be returned

Reason for the return

Return Conditions

To accept the return:

The product must be unopened and in perfect condition

It must retain its original packaging

Security seals must not have been tampered with

Products Not Eligible for Return

For food safety reasons, returns of opened or manipulated food products are not accepted.

Return Costs

If the return is due to a defective product or shipping error, Aromata Condiments will cover the return costs.

If the return is made at the customer’s decision, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and verified:

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase

The maximum refund period will be 14 days
