Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on:

• shipping destination
• order weight and volume
• selected shipping method

Order Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with tracking information to check the shipment status in real time.

Transport Incidents

If the order arrives damaged, incomplete, or presents any transport-related issue, the customer must notify us within a maximum of 48 hours after delivery by writing to:
