DESCRIPTION: Finely ground Ceylon cinnamon, with a sweet and intense aroma, with warm and slightly citrusy notes. Ideal for baking, coffees, infusions, stews, curries, and spice blends. It provides a balanced and fragrant flavor that enhances both sweet and savory preparations, characteristic of authentic gourmet cinnamon.
INGREDIENTS: Ground Cassia Cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia).
ORIGIN: Produced in Spain from raw material from Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Madagascar, Indonesia, and China.
TASTING NOTES: It is characterized by a penetrating, sweet, and very warm aroma. Its flavor is more intense, robust, and slightly spicy compared to the Ceylon variety, which gives it great aromatic power.
USE: It is the preferred cinnamon for baked goods, such as cookies, cakes, and cinnamon rolls, as it retains its flavor very well after cooking. It is also excellent for sprinkling over fruits, coffees, smoothies, and for use in exotic spice blends and curries.
STORAGE: Store in a dry, dark, and cool place.
