DESCRIPTION: The most famous spice blend. There are countless blends, most of them originating from India, where it is a main component in many dishes.
INGREDIENTS: Cayenne, sweet paprika, flaked paprika, coriander, salt, galangal, dextrose, ginger, lemon, garlic, onion, lemongrass, and anti-caking agent (E551).
ORIGIN: Produced in Spain from raw materials from Spain, China, Peru, India, China, Morocco, Bulgaria, Nigeria, and France.
TASTING NOTES: It is a spicy and very aromatic blend that stands out for its citrus and spicy notes. It is inspired by the authentic flavors of Thai cuisine, offering a vibrant balance between the heat of the peppers and the freshness of galangal and lemongrass.
USE: For best results, mix with vegetable oil in a pan to form a paste and toast over low heat. Add a little water until a consistent texture is achieved. This paste is the perfect base for curries, marinades, soups, and oriental-inspired stews.
STORAGE: Store in a dry, dark, and cool place
