DESCRIPTION: The most famous spice blend. There are countless blends, most of them from India, where it is one of the main components in many dishes. This is the Thai version.
INGREDIENTS: Lemon, garlic, coriander, parsley, ginger, cayenne, paprika flakes, salt, lemongrass, and black pepper.
ORIGIN: Produced in Spain from raw materials from Spain, Egypt, Poland, Hungary, India, China, Nigeria, Peru, Ecuador, Vietnam, and Brazil.
TASTING NOTES: A vibrant and balanced blend that stands out for its citrus and refreshing notes provided by lemongrass and lemon, with an aromatic background of green herbs and a lively and persistent spiciness.
USE: It is the ideal base to prepare authentic Thai green curry; simply mix it with coconut milk to obtain a creamy and aromatic sauce. It is also excellent as a dry marinade for fish, seafood, and poultry, or to flavor stir-fries, rice dishes, and oriental-inspired broths. It adds an exotic and very fresh touch to any preparation.
