DESCRIPTION: Dehydrated dill leaves with a fresh, anisy and slightly citrusy aroma. Widely used in Mediterranean and Nordic cuisine, especially with fish, seafood, sauces, soups and pickles. It adds a green, aromatic and elegant touch that enhances the flavor of light and gourmet preparations.
INGREDIENTS: Dill leaves (Anethum graveolens).
ORIGIN: Egypt, Poland, Hungary and India
TASTING NOTES: It has a fresh, sweet and distinctly anisy aroma, with herbaceous notes reminiscent of fennel but in a more delicate way. Its flavor is mild and brings a refreshing clarity to dishes.
USE: It is the classic accompaniment to salmon and fatty fish (marinated, baked or steamed). It combines exceptionally well with yogurt or cream-based sauces, potato salads, cucumbers, eggs and vegetable creams. It is recommended to add it towards the end of cooking or directly cold so that it does not lose its delicacy.
STORAGE: Store in a dry, dark and cool place
