TASTING NOTES: It has an extraordinarily rich and complex aromatic profile that evokes a blend of vanilla, bitter almond, cinnamon, and clove, with a final hint reminiscent of freshly cut hay and sweet tobacco.USE: It is the jewel of signature pastry and mixology. It is generally grated at the last moment (like nutmeg) over creams, chocolates, ice creams, or panna cottas.
