DESCRIPTION: Dehydrated mint leaves, intense green color and fresh, balsamic aroma. Widely used in infusions, desserts, salads, savory dishes and cocktails. They provide a refreshing, aromatic and balanced touch, ideal for enhancing light and gourmet preparations.
INGREDIENTS: Mint leaves (Mentha piperita).
ORIGIN:
TASTING: It stands out for its high menthol content, which gives it a very fresh, pungent taste and a markedly balsamic aroma. It leaves a characteristic cold sensation on the palate, accompanied by intense herbaceous notes.
USE: It is ideal for digestive infusions, both alone and mixed with green or black tea. In cooking, it is used to balance fatty dishes (such as lamb), in grain salads (tabbouleh) and in vegetable creams (peas or zucchini). It is also a star ingredient in pastry to accompany chocolates, fruits and sorbets.
