It has an aromatic, fresh, and slightly spicy flavor, ideal for grilled meats, marinades, and vegetables. To prepare, infuse the blend in hot water for a few minutes, then mix with oil and vinegar to create authentic chimichurri seasoning. It adds a vibrant and balanced touch, characteristic of South American cuisine.
