DESCRIPTION: A blend inspired by the traditional North African recipe, made with paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic, cumin, coriander, and caraway. With an intense, spicy, and slightly smoky flavor, it adds warmth and aromatic depth to couscous, stews, legumes, meats, and roasted vegetables. It can also be mixed with olive oil and a little hot water to prepare classic Harissa paste, ready to season or accompany dishes.
INGREDIENTS: Cayenne, garlic, coriander, cumin, salt, caraway, and spearmint.
ORIGIN: Produced in Spain from raw materials from India, China, Finland, Spain, Peru, Morocco, Bulgaria, Syria, Turkey, Egypt, and Poland.
TASTING NOTES: It has a distinctly spicy and very aromatic profile. It stands out for the fresh notes provided by the spearmint, which balance the intensity of the other spices.
USE: To make authentic harissa paste, mix the ingredients with olive oil until a homogeneous paste is formed and let it rest. It is ideal for marinating meats, enriching other sauces, and as a dressing for kebabs and other fundamental dishes of Arabic cuisine. A small pinch is enough to transform the aroma and flavor of your dishes.
STORAGE: Store in a dry, dark, and cool place.
