DESCRIPTION: Traditional Maghrebi blend made with turmeric, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, paprika, fennel, garlic, anise, fenugreek, pepper, and rose petals, which provide a unique floral and aromatic touch. Its flavor is warm, complex, and slightly spicy, with sweet and spicy nuances characteristic of Moroccan cuisine. Ideal for couscous, tagines, rice dishes, meats, fish, and roasted vegetables.
INGREDIENTS: Turmeric, salt, coriander, corn flour, cayenne pepper, cumin, black pepper, and ginger.
