DESCRIPTION: Selected white peppercorns (Piper nigrum) with a mild aroma and delicate pungent flavor. More subtle than black pepper, it stands out for its elegance and slightly earthy notes. Ideal for light sauces, fish, poultry, soups, and purees, where it adds a spicy touch without altering the color of the dish.

ORIGIN: Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Brazil
TASTING NOTES: It is obtained from ripe berries whose outer shell has been removed, resulting in a spicier and more direct flavor than black pepper, but with a more subtle, clean, and less fruity aroma.
USE: It is the preferred choice for dishes where an intense spiciness is desired without altering the visual color of the preparation. Essential in white sauces (such as béchamel), light vegetable creams, purees, white fish, and poultry. It is recommended to grind it at the last minute to appreciate its strength and freshness.
