DESCRIPTION: Dehydrated rosemary leaves (Rosmarinus officinalis) selected for their intense Mediterranean aroma and herbaceous flavor with resinous notes. Adds a fresh, balsamic, and slightly bitter touch that enhances meats, poultry, fish, potatoes, roasted vegetables, and sauces. An essential ingredient in Mediterranean cuisine, ideal for marinades and baked or grilled dishes.
