DESCRIPTION: Exquisite combination of authentic pink salt (Himalayan type) and flakes of select black truffle. It provides a delicate crunchy touch along with the deep earthy and umami aroma so characteristic of truffle. Ideal as a finishing salt to enhance and transform simple dishes into gourmet creations. Perfect for enhancing the flavor of grilled meats, fried eggs, pasta, risottos, carpaccios, roasted potatoes, and seasonal vegetables.
INGREDIENTS: Salt, dehydrated summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum 1.2%), and white truffle aroma.

USAGE: Thanks to its fine texture, it integrates perfectly into hot dishes where the heat helps to immediately diffuse the aroma. It is exceptional on fried eggs, carpaccios, porcini mushroom creams, funghi pasta, or even to add a touch of distinction to homemade french fries. Add preferably just before serving.
