DESCRIPTION: Extra quality whole dried ñoras, selected for their thin skin, intense red color and characteristic sweet aroma. They provide a mild, slightly smoky flavor with fruity nuances, ideal for sofritos, sauces, stews and rice dishes. An essential ingredient in Mediterranean cuisine, especially in traditional dishes such as arroz a banda, pisto or fish sauces.
INGREDIENTS: Extra category dried ñora (Capsicum annuum).
ORIGIN: Spain, Morocco
TASTING: It has a sweet, mild and very fruity flavor, with an intense aroma reminiscent of ripe red pepper but with no spiciness.
USE: It is the fundamental base for the sofrito of Mediterranean rice dishes and paellas. It is used by hydrating the pulp beforehand or grinding it to add to fish stews, calderetas and traditional sauces such as Romesco or Xató.
STORAGE: Store in a dry, dark and cool place
